We’re delighted to introduce Highland, the latest addition to our exclusive range of artisan shaving soaps, handcrafted in small batches by our skilled soap maker in Wales. Created especially for The Personal Barber, this vegan, tallow-free formula produces a rich, creamy lather that cushions the skin, softens the beard, and ensures a smooth, comfortable shave with every pass.
Highland is a fresh, atmospheric fragrance inspired by open landscapes and the quiet power of nature. It opens with the crisp, clean scent of fresh rain touched with a hint of ozone, evoking the first moments of a summer shower. As the fragrance develops, it moves into a lush, green heart where mossy woods are softened by subtle notes of lavender and rose, blending earth and flora in perfect balance. The scent settles into a grounding base of earthy musk and pine, recalling the forest floor after rainfall and leaving a calm, enduring impression.
Highland is more than a shaving soap; it’s a moment of escape. Clean, grounding and quietly invigorating, it brings a sense of space and clarity to your daily routine, setting the tone for a composed, confident day ahead.
To use: Swirl a slightly damp brush over the surface of the soap for 10 to 15 seconds until well loaded. Build your lather in a bowl or in the palm, gradually adding water until it develops into a soft, creamy lather with a luxurious sheen, usually after around 60 seconds of whipping.
